We started Real Estate Business in the year 2000. Our first project was "Jyotsna Apartment" which is situated at Kolay Para Road, Chowmatha, Ichhapore, 24 Parganas North. At that time there was a partnership farm the name was "M/s. Roy's Construction", we converted partnership farm to corporate business in the year 2010 and the name of the Company is "Bengal Roy's Real Estate Private Limited".

We stared our business journey in the year 1989 with a partnership farm named "M/s. Roy's Tourist". We had our own Luxury Tourist Buses, which we plied for tourist purpose around all over India. After 1999 we started our Real Estate journey and gradually in the year 2005 we stopped our tourist business and after that time we did the real estate business in full swing.
